In order to participate in any of our events, you must complete the following steps:
1. Create your user account
All players are required to create a user account. This is done via a very simple registration form. As part of the registration process, you will select a unique login, which will serve as your nickname on the site.
2. Validate your email address
During the registration process, you are asked to provide your email address. Upon completion of the registration form, an email will be sent to this address, which contains a validation link. You must follow the instructions in this email before you will be able to log into our system and register for events. This step is necessary to ensure the integrity of your registration and as part of our spam prevention policy.
Select a membership option
Once your email has been validated, you can log into the site and select a membership option. Riverside Rounders offers two types of memberships: "free" and "paid".
Free Players vs VIP (Paid) Members
In order to participate in our events, you must either purchase a VIP Membership or register as a Free Player. VIP Members are automatically eligible to participate in any league, tournament or special event held while their membership is current. Free Players must follow the "Free to Play" instructions as set forth in our Terms of Use. Since a Free Player registration is only valid for 30 days, Free Players will be required to follow this process for each month they want to participate in any club events. We realize that this is a tedious and cumbersome process, but it is necessary for the club to operate as it does. Please note that failure to comply with the "Free To Play" requirements could result in your membership being suspended and prevent you from participating in club events.
4. Register for any events you wish to participate in
Inside the members area, registering for an event is as easy as clicking a button. This is an important and necessary process to ensure we don't over book an event.
